So this year in December, as many are tracking, marks the 25 anniversary of the release of the first Lord of the Rings Movie directed by Peter Jackson and all of the incredible production and acting talent therein!
Hard for me to overemphasize how critical these movies were to my understanding of visual storytelling, and I was also do a lot of WHFB at the time. We of course dabbled in LOTR as well, but I never got fully into it.
Now, we rectify that!
Here are the first minis in my new quest: playing all the scenarios from the Quest of the Ring Bearer book which cover the first Fellowship of the Ring movie! And, as a bonus, I think this counts as #smallscalesummer since hobbits are so tiny!
Next up is a very special set of guest characters to round out the dramatis personae for scenario 1!
