I wanted to post up the rules to the Iona Abbey raid scenario here quickly in a second post as to not clutter the narrative of the battle report!
This was run 6 times at different cons over 2 years and was always fun. If you have a collection of 28mm Vikings, this should be easy enough to piece together. You could quickly adapt this to represent other raids and narratives, as well as your available forces (e.g. a Northumbrian peasant needs to run down the road to call for reinforcements from the local lord).
